Recipe: Steamed Cheeseburgers
Added February 2024 (02/14/24)
Made Steamed Cheeseburgers with my Dutch oven today, for the first time. 4th recipe from the book… # 11 total. I’m gonna lose count! 🤣
Purchased a steamer that would go into the Dutch oven (kinda wanted one for my broccoli too… and possibly dumplings). So there’s that!
Made the patties and… remembered this thumb in the middle business from a long time ago! & then something about cheese-filled. 🤔 That’s next level stuff though! Anyway, when it was “cooked”, it was all puffed up! Why!? 🤣 Maybe next time… we’ll learn how to make it look more flat when cooked.
Also, gotta learn how to season the meat a different way. It was a good start to say the least. 😊 Overall, it was a cheeseburger, alright! 🍔🍔🍔
