[Recipe] Baked (Frozen) Salmon

Recipe: Baked (Frozen) Salmon

Added 2019, updated March 2021.

As we are still working on growing into the role as wonderful hosts, the husby baked a lemon flavored salmon filet (that we picked up from Costco, but it wasn’t enough and had to pick up another slice from Sprout’s) for a mini-Lunar New Year (2019) gathering. We had our cousins over for after-lunch/dinner and drinks. Turned out nice. Family gatherings are one of my faves. :] From there, I looked up my own for FROZEN salmon… and the recipe has been updated ever since. Salmon is one of my fave thing to eat and to be able to make it myself and whenver due to its frozen nature… even better! So… we tend to have these in our freezer these days.
